Dwellsy is now integrated with RentEngine

Harmonic is a partner of Dwellsy.

Property managers who use RentEngine can now publish their vacancies on Dwellsy automatically. The integration is live today for both single-family homes and multifamily units.

RentEngine helps property managers automate leasing, from listing a home to scheduling showings and following up with prospects. Dwellsy is the largest free US rental marketplace that helps renters find every available home in one search. Now the two work together. Turn on the Dwellsy feed in RentEngine, and your listings show up on Dwellsy without being entered by hand. Every inquiry comes back into RentEngine as a new prospect.

About RentEngine

RentEngine is an AI-powered leasing platform used by more than 400 property management teams. It covers the whole leasing process in one place for single-family and multifamily operators:

  • Marketing: syndicates listings to more than 25 of the biggest rental sites, and now to Dwellsy too.
  • Showings: agent-led and self-guided tours, with smart scheduling and lockbox integrations.
  • Screening: applications, background and credit reports, and ID and income verification.
  • Follow-up: automated lead nurturing, plus RentEngine AI, which answers renter calls and texts 24/7 and books tours.

For property managers, this means a lead from Dwellsy goes straight into the same leasing workflow as every other lead. Your team doesn’t have to set up anything new.

How it works

RentEngine sends your active listings to Dwellsy through a listing feed that refreshes every hour.

  • Your listings stay current. When you change rent, photos or availability in RentEngine, the change also appears on Dwellsy. When you lease a unit and take the listing down, it comes off Dwellsy.
  • Single-family and multifamily are both covered. Single-family homes and individual units in apartment buildings are published, with floor plan details for multifamily.
  • Leads land where you already work. When a renter contacts you on Dwellsy, the inquiry goes into RentEngine as a prospect on the right listing. Your usual RentEngine follow-up starts automatically, the same way it does for leads from every other channel.

Why add Dwellsy to your RentEngine channels

You probably already syndicate to other listing sites through RentEngine. Adding Dwellsy to that mix gives you:

  • More leads with no added cost. Dwellsy is free to list on, with no fees per lead and no fees when you sign a lease. Adding it to your RentEngine channels doesn’t change your marketing budget.
  • Your homes compete on fit, not on who pays most. On many listing sites, the top spots go to paid placements. Dwellsy ranks results by how well a rental matches what the renter is looking for, so a well-priced home with good photos gets seen.
  • Leads from renters who trust the listing. Dwellsy screens listings for fraud and marks trustworthy ones with a Dwellsy Verified badge, so renters can contact you with confidence.
  • Reach for single-family homes and apartments. Renters search Dwellsy for single-family homes, apartments, condos and townhouses in more than 800 US metro areas. Both your single-family and multifamily inventory get exposure.
  • Nothing new to manage. Dwellsy leads come into RentEngine with your other leads, so you can compare how each channel performs in one place.

How to get started

If you already use RentEngine, turn on Dwellsy as a syndication channel in your RentEngine account. Your RentEngine rep can help, or you can reach their team through the in-app chat.

If you’re not on RentEngine, you can still list on Dwellsy for free. List your rentals on Dwellsy.
